Ambitious work should not require an enormous organisation by default. Small groups of capable people, supported by excellent systems and AI, can operate differently. SCC builds companies and the infrastructure beneath them to test that idea in the real world.

Founder & CEO, SCC
Samman Bikram Thapa is the founder and CEO of SCC. He studied Computer Science at Howard University and worked as a software engineer, including at Apple and Yahoo. He leads SCC's companies and the development of SCC Kaek, the AI ERP used across the group.

Samiksha Gurung co-founded The Guest List Nepal and leads it as CEO. She holds a master’s degree in International Tourism and Hotel Management from The Hotel School Australia and lectures in Event Management at GATE – Global Academy of Tourism and Hospitality Education. She develops the company’s event formats, hosts its experiences and works on the systems behind how guests are seated, matched and brought together.
